Lisa Pettibone Winner of the NOA Installation Prize

Lisa Pettibone has been announced as this year's winner of the National Open Art Installation Prize.
 

National Open Art (NOA) is the UK's leading independent art competition, attracting more than 4,000 entries per year open to amateur and professional artists, photographers and filmmakers living in the UK and Ireland offering both shortlisted and winning artists opportunities through exhibitions and a variety of prizes and awards worth over £50,000. 

Originally from California with a background in graphic design, Lisa Pettibone is based in Surrey (UK) attaining a degree in 3D Design in Glass at UCA Farnham in 2005. Her work is held in private collections, was selected for The National Open Art Prize 2013 and appeared in the Corning Museum of Glass (New York) publication New Glass Review 35. In 2012-13 she completed two commissions for the National Trust – Lacock Abbey, Wiltshire and The Vyne near Basingstoke. In 2015 her work was included in the prestigious Discerning Eye exhibition in London and she taught a master class at the International Festival of Glass in Stourbridge UK.
