I created this series titled 'Vortex of Love' with love and beauty in mind. I wanted to simplify my artistic process by limiting my materials and colour palette in order to delve deeper into what makes a beautiful aesthetic visual experience. Deep reds, vibrant pinks and lush oranges are mixed with glittering gold and shimmering bronze acrylic paints to initiate an intimate feeling of pleasure from the viewers. Layers of polyeurethane seal the surface of the swirling composition to ensure a lasting work of art.
