Series-9, Adinkra symbols This series of mine is related to Ancient Symbol. African Ancient Art has given me great influence of Adinkra Symbols. Adinkra symbols were originally created by the Bono people of Gyaman. Gyaman King Nana Kwadwo Agyemang Adinkra originally created or designed these symbols and named it after himself 'Adinkra'. The Adinkra symbols were largely used on pottery, stools etc by the people of Bono. 6 panels and paintings have wooden frames ready to hang. Material : - Varnished with Gloss Medium. - Delivered with a Certificate Authenticity Shipping : Painting is stretched and framed. The painting is protected by two MDF panels and sent in an envelope reinforced with bubble wrap,forwarding is ensured in the event of loss or of damage.
