Georgi Morrison is an artist based in Tooting, South London. Born and raised in Bristol, she relocated to the capital to pursue a degree in Chemical Engineering at university. While her academic path led her away from the art world initially, Georgina's passion for creative expression has been a constant throughout her life. It wasn't until the COVID-19 lockdown that she was able to fully immerse herself in her artistic pursuits. A thoughtful gift of an oil painting set during this time ignited a newfound dedication to exploring the medium. As she experimented with the lush colours and textures of oil paint, she found herself drawn to surrealistic themes and symbolism as a means of reflecting her inner world and perceptions of reality.
