Katy spent her formative years between Moscow and Monaco before moving to Bristol where she now resides. Today she works in construction project management having completed her Master's Degree in Architecture. When she’s not busy building the spaces of our tomorrow, she’s painting new expressive works to add to her collection.
Throughout her time as an artist she has been published in ‘World’s Greatest Erotic Art of Today’, won ‘Best of Show’ at the Colors of Humanities Art Gallery as well as exhibited at several celebrated exhibitions including the Creative Nude Art Exhibition, the National Open Art Exhibition and the Monaco Yacht Club Exhibition.
Being raised in an artistic family with her mother being a classical ballet dancer and her grandparents mastering in the arts, it gave her the love and desire to produce art that is intense and rewarding. Her grandfather introduced her to the delicate and mystical theme of nudity which can be seen in her upcoming ‘Carnality’ series. Having several other fascinations in the industry of the arts she received a GIA diploma as an accredited jewelry professional and in 2012 left abroad to study Architecture at the University of Manchester. Nevertheless painting to this day remains to her as a profound passion and a full-time commitment as she continues to accept both small and large scale painting commissions using the highest quality oil painting pigments.
