Over 500 photographs of flowers, palms and cacti, from the deserts of Joshua Tree to the vast Sahara, from the shaded gardens of Rome to the pools of Palm Springs. A magical multi layered visual journey. I meticulously draw around and cut each photograph which I have taken on location. A composite pop art inspired by mid century modern design. Part of the Botanical series.
Limited edition print signed and numbered by the artist. Mixing artists original photography with paint, painted and photographed layers and collage using layers masking and drawing in post production. Printed on Hahnemuhle Cotton fine art 308 gsm museum grade paper, using archival pigmented gallery inks. Printed with a white border.
