Since 2018, Linda Clerget has devoted herself fully to painting, leaving the theater to explore how color and light can open a simple, shared joy. Based in Joinville-le-Pont near Paris, she works between figuration and abstraction to reveal “healing landscapes,” abstract florals, and biostellar scenes where sky, water, and living forms quietly meet.

Her aim is direct: to rekindle our bond with nature’s calm energy—the hush of trees, the breath of wind, the glow of the night—so that each canvas feels like a place to pause and breathe. Exhibited in New York, Paris, and London, Clerget builds her surfaces in transparent layers (acrylic, ink, and water-mixable oil) to let light circulate. The result is a contemporary sense of harmony: spaces of serenity and freedom where viewers reconnect with an essential, everyday happiness.
