About this Event
Contemporary Collective's British painter, Victoria Heald, is the gallery's second Maker in Residency at Bankside Hotel as part of a unique Artist Residency Programme. The studio, widely considered as London’s most centrally located artist studio is a place where we help achieve the now well established goal of engaging guests, local residents and transient communities in one-of-a-kind artistic experiences. Alongside providing unique, daily access to an Artist in Residence, the partnership between Contemporary Collective and Bankside Hotel ensures guests and visitors can participate in a programme of events through exhibitions, talks, workshops, and events.
Join us for an evening of "Meet the Artist" in residence at Bankside Hotel to hear about the residency and be the first to preview Victoria's amazing work, a lot of which would have been made during the residency.
About the Artist:
Victoria Heald studied at Camberwell College of Art and Chelsea College of Art, graduating with a BA in Fine Art, First Class Honours. She is based in her London studio, painting figurative and animal works on gold and drawing London landmarks. Victoria has exhibited widely in the UK and overseas.
