Join Artist in Residence Corinne Natel for an art demo & afternoon tea at the Bankside Hotel, inspired by the theme of Corinne's latest series 'Now Everything’s Vivid'.
It will be a combined experience of the teas, the food, the restaurant, the artworks, and how the different forms of creativity all connect together. The tea will aim to be refined but relaxed too, inspiring and fun!
Guests will have the chance to visit the studio space and see the artworks on display where Corinne will talk about her residency & experience at the hotel.
If guests would like to, they can be part of the art and participate in the collaborative painting artwork piece, in which they can drop ink colours of their choice on to the canvas to create a collaborative build up of layers for the painting. The finished painting will be part of the final exhibition and displayed for the Private View at the end of the residency on Thursday 27th October, 18.00-20.00. If the painting is sold then a third of the sale will be donated to Cancer Research.
After the studio visit, there will be a short introduction to the tea and talk about how it has been inspired alongside the art and how these creative forms come together.
