This painting is dedicated to my friend, who, as a little girl, dreamed of becoming a flower. When I heard her story, I felt it was an incredibly inspiring theme for my next portrait. I was moved by her childhood vision of experiencing the world through the senses of a flower—I wanted to explore this perspective, to understand how a flower feels and “sees” reality. In my work, I sought to capture this subtle, almost metaphysical bond between humans and nature, conveying the whisper of a soul enclosed in petals. Each print in this series is limited to only 10 copies. They are made on high-quality German Hahnemühle paper. The print comes framed,.
