Thinking Loops 'November 23' is a representation of all the walks, or loops, the artist created during the month of November 2023. They are a result of the artist's physical action, his digital footprint, steps, and walks taken to allow new ideas through ethereal thinking and to solve any current artistic problems and issues. The sculpture shows paths taken, intersections made, and repeated traces created. They mark the paths made, the routes taken not what is contained within them. They are neither accurate nor in proportion but have a fluidity allowing artistic interpretation. The walks are recorded using the lower half of the artist's body and the outcomes with the upper half, both a physical action and requiring the bending, twisting, shaping and welding of the steel to create the sculptural result occupying a bodily space.
