Constable spent a lot of time in London, in and around Hampstead Heath and Village as well as trips back 'home' to Suffolk. This piece layers the places he called home along with my experience of those spaces in the present day. In that sense, this piece travels through time and space. Through its weathered yet contemporary aesthetic, it brings about new perspectives of the "chocolate box" Haywain and of the city so many of us call home. Part of the Consider Constable series.
