'Gurung' is a portrait of an ex Nepalese Gurkha called Kum Bahadur Gurung. I befriended him whilst working in recruitment in London (found him a job). One of the nicest and most decent guys I have ever known, I visited his family whilst travelling through Nepal - they were amazing!
