Neon Orb 164 is my first wall-based neon sculpture! The piece was created in early 2016 as part of a new body of work which was displayed at The Other Art Fair in April. The aim of this neon series is to introduce light into my work in a tasteful way. I want to hide the wires so the viewer is intrigued and questions what material appears suspended at the centre of the sculpture and how it’s powered.
