Print Maker

Im a self taught artist working in screen print and also in digital collage.

Part one of the Connected Thoughts concept is based on imagined landscapes which fuses together photographs drawings, found imagery and textures which are then built up as multi layered digital collage pieces which are then either screen printed onto various mixed media surfaces or printed as one of a kind fine art giclee prints.

University of the Arts London: Wimbledon (Set Design for Screen , 2017)

I trained at wimbledon college of the arts London, though my aptitude for 3D design and sculpture came from a much earlier age. My introduction to sculpture; like with so many people, was through my parents. My mother a portrait painter first showed me the portrait works of Augusta Savage, Jacob Epstine and Augustine Rodin and inspired me to create a bust on Michael Howells; My late mentor.

Ken lives and works in the UK as a practising artist/photographer and produces multi-disciplinary post digital imagery. He studied photography at UCL, now the University of Westminster, obtaining a distinction, and for an art practice BA Hons degree at the University of the Creative Arts Canterbury.
