“To the poetic rhythm of nature, I let myself be carried away by la dolce vita, celebrating joy, abandonment in the landscape, and contemplation.”

Born in 1985 in the vibrant city of Paris, Linda Clerget has always been passionate about art and nature. Her family of artists has nurtured her creative legacy, but she has always followed a unique rhythm, which she affectionately calls the “poetic rhythm.” It is this rhythm that guided her towards an authentic artistic life. After training in drawing and painting at an art school in Paris, Linda continued her professionalization through courses given by American painters of the Impressionist movement, including Ben Fenske, who profoundly influenced her work.

Paris, a bustling city of culture, played a central role in her artistic training. She spent countless hours at painting and photography exhibitions, especially at the Jeu de Paume, her favorite museum. The bustling streets of Paris ignited her creativity from a young age, but her soul was always drawn to the quiet embrace of nature. It was in the heart of the enigmatic woods of the Fontainebleau forest, where her family spent their holidays, that she found serenity, peace and an inexhaustible source of inspiration. This contemplation led her to appreciate moments of discovery in nature.

Her work celebrates childhood at all ages, tireless curiosity and the capacity to marvel at everyday life. It promotes the preservation of one's child's soul, the perpetual quest for discoveries, and openness to the world. Her artistic work, described as neo-impressionist, modernizes the impressionist style using bright colors and energetic, gestural movement. She captures the energy and joy that emanates from these moments shared with the world around her. Her art is a celebration of la dolce vita, a harmony between man and nature, an invitation to reconnect with the essence of life.

Her work quickly attracted the interest of collectors and art lovers around the world. Her unique and poetic works have led her to exhibit in London with DegreeArt in Bingham Riverhouse,in New York and Paris, where she continues to inspire and delight an ever-widening audience.

Today, Linda Clerget is a professional artist, established in her home studio in Thomery, a small peaceful village in Seine-et-Marne, backed by the mystical forest of Fontainebleau. This is where she draws her inspiration, from the whispers of the trees, the changing seasons and the serenity of nature.
