I have been painting my whole life and dedicating my time to developing my skills. I enjoy life drawing, but my main focus is on the Urban Landscapes or Cityscape painting. I find this subject to be challenging as well as rewarding. There is something about recreating these images, through an artists eye and handling of the media. Although the initial goal is to accurately depict the image, I tend makes choices that accentuates certain things about the image that I am fond of. I work with acrylics on canvas and shoot my own references. A photo realistic urban landscape painting excites me, especially when it's done well. I am drawn to this type of artwork and would like to be known as an artist that is successful with this subject matter.
