Luke M Walker’s art practice is an inquiry into the material and temporal aspects of Landscape. In A Change of Pace, he explores his relationship and interaction with the unique environments of the Bingham Riverhouse, the River Thames and Richmond Park.
This collection, created especially for the Bingham Riverhouse, forms part of his ongoing attempt to discover the role of a Landscape Artist today, offering us a moment of pleasure and a reminder to enjoy, at our own pace; that we are here.
As part of this new series, Luke has been experimenting with colours, exploring fluorescent tones and how they interact with natural forms and Richmond's iconic landscape. Below are some detailed images from his studio...

"A Change of Pace" will be on show from Tuesday 25th of July until Monday 2nd October 2023 at 61 - 63 Petersham Road, Richmond Upon Thames, Surrey, TW10 6UT
